2. Services Description
Truviax provides AI-powered content verification services designed to detect deepfakes, synthetic media, and AI-generated content. Our Services include image and video analysis, API access, reporting tools, and related features as described in your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our technology
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
5. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are stated in Euros and exclude applicable VAT. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all algorithms, software, designs, and content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a license to process it for providing the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truviax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
